Objective: define your project and visibility needs.
- A strategic meeting with the PhDesign team: frame the research project, your visibility/distribution objectives, your audiences, obstacles and channels.
- A meeting with the SciKoop team : reading EDI reading of your documents and methodologies to identify possible biases or barriers.
Note that SciKoop is involved when the mandate includes a recruitment component and/or an EDI analysis linked to participation and mobilization.
2️⃣ Mini-strategic analysis (SWOT + key messages)
Objective: lay a solid foundation for distribution.
- Analysis of the project’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Definition of key messages adapted to the target audience.

3️⃣ Visual identity
Objective : create a reusable graphic signature.
- Declination based on the identity of the project or laboratory.
- A meeting with our graphic designer and a revision cycle.

4️⃣ A web page
Objective: centralize your information on a clear, accessible page that’s easy to share.
- Integration on WordPress, from a pre-made template (layout + configuration).
- A scoping meeting and a review cycle.
- No copywriting: you provide the content, we do the linguistic editing.
- Hosting and maintenance included (1 year renewable).
5️⃣ 10-hour design bank
Objective: Produce the visuals you need for your broadcast.
- Production of one or more visuals (social networks, posters or web banners) according to project needs.
- Modular format (images, editable Canva templates, if desired).
- A meeting and a revision cycle.
Rate
The kit is priced at $8,000 (excluding taxes).
Options (web copy, additional pages, additional visuals) can be added on request.

Is SciKoop still involved?
No. SciKoop intervenes when the mandate includes a recruitment component and/or an EDI analysis linked to participation and mobilization.
Do you write the web page?
Copywriting is not included: you provide the text. The kit includes layout on WordPress from a pre-made template and linguistic revision. Web copywriting can be added on request.
How many round trips are included?
The kit is deliberately structured: each block includes a meeting and a review cycle (one round trip). If you anticipate several internal validation cycles, we can propose a tailor-made mandate.
What's included for the web part (hosting/maintenance)?
Hosting and maintenance are included for one year (renewable). Domain name not included.
Can I add options (additional pages, extra visuals, templates, copywriting)?
