Transforming information into a tool for understanding
As part of its mandate to modernize its academic presentations, the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ ) has entrusted Agence PhDesign with the design of two summary sheets.
These documents aim to summarize the key messages presentationsHow to become a CPI and "Why become an engineer?while offering a clear, concise clear, concise and visually engaging reference material for the next generation of engineers.
These complementary tools enhance the learning experience initiated by the video vignettes and new presentations, enabling students to keep a concrete record of essential information.

These fact sheets contribute to the OIQ's broader mission: to inform, inspire and mobilize the next generation of engineers through modern, accessible communication tools.
The mandate was structured around four main stages:
1. Content analysis and synthesis
The agency conducted an in-depth in-depth reading of the presentations to extract the essential messages and reformulate them into short, relevant short, relevant content. Each sheet was designed to capture the essentials at a glance, without losing the rigor of professional discourse.
2. Development of visual elements
Boxes and graphic markers have been integrated to facilitate reading and prioritize information. The aim: to create a document that is both informed and pleasant to consult, in keeping with the OIQ's standards of clarity and accessibility.
3. Layout and visual consistency
