e-IMPAQc is a digital program designed to collect results reported by patients and family caregivers during cancer treatment. Championed by Professor Sylvie Lambert (McGill University), this project aims to improve the management of physical, emotional and practical symptoms, while strengthening communication between patients, their families and care teams.
To support the dissemination and adoption of the program, Sylvie Lambert commissioned Agence PhDesign to develop a customized communications plan.
The main objective of this collaboration was to provide the e-IMPAQc project with a clear, structured and effective communication strategy, maximizing the impact of its scientific and social spin-offs. The aim was to make the benefits of the e-IMPAQc tool comprehensible to all concerned (patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, managers, funders), while promoting its adoption and widespread dissemination.
The objectives were clear:
Agence PhDesign has designed a Premium+ plana complete strategic planning package including :
This strategy has resulted in :
All that remains is to deploy these actions to transform the strategy into concrete results.
Thanks to the Premium+ plan, the e-IMPAQc team now has a clear and aligned vision of its communications strategy. By precisely identifying target audiences, the most relevant channels and high-impact messages, the project benefits from a robust strategic foundation, conducive to effective, targeted dissemination.
Next step: taking action! The implementation of the recommended initiatives will be part of a coherent, agile and evolutionary approach, supported by tailor-made coaching from the PhDesign agency.
A communication plan is much more than a support: it's a structuring lever that's essential to the success of your projects.
It provides an essential strategic compass for directing dissemination efforts, maximizing the impact of initiatives and ensuring the consistency of messages conveyed. In an ecosystem where attention is fragmented and competition for visibility intense, it helps to structure priorities, avoid dispersed actions and concretely measure spin-offs. For healthcare and research projects, it's also a powerful lever for mobilizing stakeholders, creating buy-in and anchoring innovation in the reality of the field.
